Registration

• During the registration process “We” will request personal data about yourself. “We” may require evidence from you of your age and identity and will ask for your proof of ID and address to confirm your details.
• You agree to provide true and accurate information about yourself and agree to keep it current.
• You can only register to participate if you are 18 years or older and it is your sole responsibility to comply with any local laws that governs you.
• The name you choose as your Alias must not be offensive and/or defamatory.  “We” reserve the right to suspend your account or change your name with immediate effect if “We” deem it to break this Term.

Your Account

• You may only hold one account with “Us”. You must not disclose details of your account (including but not limited to your personal Account Number and password) to anyone.
• The money in your account will not earn any interest.
• Any promotions on the “Site” will be governed by the “Terms” posted on the “Site” relating to such promotion in addition to these “Terms”. If there is any conflict between these “Terms” and the promotion terms then the provision of the promotion terms shall prevail.
• Any winnings wil be credited to the balance of your Account.
• Money withdrawn will be remitted to the account from which it was received.
• Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with winnings or payments to you are your sole responsibility; however, “We” reserve the right to withhold any amounts necessary from yor winnings in order to comply with applicable laws.  Winnings cannot be transferred or exchanged for any other consideration.
• If you are incorrectly awarded any winnings as a result of human, fraud or technical error you agree to refund such winnings to “Us”.

  4. If you have permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play in your Account.

• You may request closure of your Account at any time by writing a letter or email to “Our” customers services. Any Funds held in your account will be returned to you. For our records we will also request documentation from you which we will keep for future reference.
• If your account has been closed “You” will be unable to re-open the account without first contacting “Our” Customer Services with a valid reason.
• “We” withhold the right to close any account “You” attempt to open after closure of a previous account.
• Personal details from closed accounts will be kept on record for auditing purposes in compliance with the Remote Gaming Regulations set by the Alderney Gaming Comission.

Forfeiture And Retention Of Account Monies
