Once you have entered your username and password and log-in to our site you can access your own personal page (My Profile) where you will find various features:

To personalise or change your Avatar simply click on “Edit Profile”. You can also change your current status and insert your own comment.

FRIENDS

In this section you will be able to see your Bingon friends. You can add friends to your list in a number of ways:

- Send a friend request via the bingo chat. To do this click on the name of the user within the bingo chat and you will be presented with an option to become friends.
- Send a friend request within our “Invite Friends” tool.

NEWS FEED

On each row you will be able to see the latest activities from your friends such as when they have won, new friends they make, birthdays and much more…

You may also define what other users see about you by adjusting your privacy settings.

MY PERSONAL PHOTOS

In this section you can upload your and edit your photos.

Let your friends get to know you better and upload photos of yourself, your home, pet, family members, etc. To do this simply click on “Upload Photos” and you’ll see how easy it is to upload a picture.

COMMENTS

In this area other users can leave comments on your profile page. Remember, to allow other users access to your profile page you must first allow permissions and change your Privacy Settings.

 

My Account

By selecting “My Account” you’ll be directed to a page where you can access all the main features within our portal. From this page you can:

- Change your profile picture, update your details “Edit Profile” and control your privacy settings “Privacy”.
- See the list of your friends “View Friends” and/or invite new friends “Refer a Friend” to our website.
- Access your “Banking” area where you can see which payment methods best suit your needs, fund your account, withdraw your winnings, etc.
- Convert your Loyalty Points into bonus money by clicking on “Convert Points”

 

Messages

In this area you’ll see any private messages sent to you from your friends as well as friend requests from other users.

You’ll also notice that there is a tab with “New Message” where you can compose messages and send them to your friends. To select the recipients of your message click on “Add User”, you will then be presented with a new window where you can choose the recipients of your email.
